Overview

The Staff Process Optimisation Engineer will manage significant engineering projects, provide technical leadership, and continuously improve manufacturing processes while collaborating with various departments to ensure quality and efficiency.

• Manage multiple engineering projects through PMO.

Requirements

• Level 8 Degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant discipline.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven project management skills.
• Strong communication and influencing skills.
• Demonstrable analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent presentation and written communication skills.
• Confident decision maker with technical leadership ability.
• Flexible and team-oriented approach.
