The Process Optimisation Engineer provides engineering support for process development and optimisation projects, applying fundamental engineering principles to solve technical challenges.

• Support process development activities for a significant optimisation project.
• Lead change control processes while liaising with local and divisional functions.

• Interface with Materials Science and Divisional partners to understand manufacturing processes.

• Provide engineering support for new process introductions.
• Engage in lean manufacturing implementations.

• Travel percentage of 10% expected.
• Work flexibility allows for remote work.

Requirements

• Level 8 Degree in Engineering, Science or related discipline.
• 0-2 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for process optimisation.
• High level of PC skills required.
• Strong communication skills with stakeholders.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in an FDA regulated industry is beneficial.
• Green or Black Belt 6 Sigma qualifications preferred.
• Ability to work cross-functionally.
• Self-starter with efficient work methods.
