Process Engineer - Remote

Overview

The Process Engineer will play a critical role in designing, configuring, and optimizing warehouse processes and systems within a Contract Logistics Warehouse environment.

In Short

• Design and optimize warehouse processes.
• Configure Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Develop training materials and SOPs for warehouse teams.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization.
• Collaborate with IT and operations teams.
• Monitor KPIs and conduct root cause analysis.
• Support go-live events for new system implementations.
• Assist super users with system-related inquiries.
• Promote automation over manual workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or Logistics.
• 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations or process engineering.
• Strong knowledge of WMS platforms.
• Experience in system configuration and testing.
• Familiarity with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with JIRA, Tableau, or Power BI is a plus.
• Ability to travel up to 50% for on-site support.
