Cargowise Support Engineer - Remote

Overview

The Cargowise Support Engineer will provide second and third line support for users of the CW1 system, lead deployments, and troubleshoot existing workflows while collaborating with teams globally.

In Short

• 5+ years of experience in Cargowise support.
• Bachelor’s/master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or Engineering.
• Provide second and third line support to CW1 users.
• Lead deployments and new country implementations.
• Troubleshoot customizations and workflows.
• Knowledge of interfacing systems like SAP.
• Experience with data formats such as XML, JSON, and CSV.
• Proficiency in EDI communications setup.
• Collaborate with onshore and offshore teams.

• Demonstrable technical knowledge of CargoWise.
• Experience with modules like Registry and Workflow Templates.
• Ability to produce comprehensive documentation.
• Experience in SNOW preferred.
• Proactive learning of CW1 features.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent collaboration skills.
• Understanding of EDI communications.
• Experience with ticket handling.
• Knowledge of data analysis and formats.
