Overview

The Process Engineer at 3M is responsible for maintaining and improving manufacturing processes, leading quality improvement projects, and managing operational excellence to enhance customer satisfaction.

• Maintain and improve manufacturing process quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
• Up to 15 years of experience in process engineering.
• Proficiency in MS Office, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Able to work collaboratively across departments.
