Overview

The Senior Quality Engineer at 3M will play a critical role in supporting quality initiatives for New Product Introductions in the automotive and aerospace sectors, ensuring compliance with industry standards and driving continuous improvement.

• Support quality for New Product Introduction (NPI) teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline.
• Five years of experience in Quality Engineering or related fields.
• Knowledge of automotive and aerospace industries.
• Experience with Six Sigma and quality/statistical tools.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Certification from ASQ (e.g., CQE) is a plus.
• Experience with LEAN methodologies is beneficial.
• Must be authorized to work in China without sponsorship.
