Overview

The CIP Analyst will collaborate with innovative 3Mers globally to ensure accurate compilation and organization of customer incentive data, manage payment issues, and support customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Graduate degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
• 1-2 years of experience in data operations or customer support.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Customer service-oriented mindset.
• Proficient analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Exposure to incentive programs and basic accounting concepts.
• Familiarity with ERP/CIP tools and CRM.
• Continuous improvement mindset.
• Basic knowledge of Excel formulas or Power BI.
