Overview

The Process Engineer will plan, execute, and implement the Business continuity project for Foley catheters, managing and supervising the Compounding for project operations.

In Short

• Manage and supervise Compounding for project operations.
• Execute EHS improvement initiatives to reduce risks.
• Plan and execute new material qualifications.
• Work with suppliers and procurement teams.
• Collaborate with UCC on latex technology initiatives.
• Oversee chemical and latex preparation for production.
• Lead and motivate personnel for continuous improvement.
• Schedule monthly stock counts as instructed.
• Support business needs with additional duties.

Requirements

• Experience in process engineering.
• Knowledge of EHS standards.
• Familiarity with material qualification processes.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teams.
• Strong leadership and motivational skills.
