Process Engineer - Remote

Overview

The Process Engineer will be responsible for continuously optimizing and improving production processes across the value chain. Through data analysis, implementation of Lean methodologies, and the pursuit of technological innovations, the candidate will contribute to increasing efficiency, reducing costs, and ensuring product quality.

• Utilize data analysis tools to identify trends and patterns.

Requirements

• University degree in Industrial Engineering, Textile Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in similar roles in the apparel industry.
• Solid knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Experience using data analysis tools (Excel, Minitab, etc.).
• Leadership and project management skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proactivity and results orientation.
• Proficiency in CAD software (desirable).
• Advanced English proficiency.
