Senior IAM Analyst - Remote

In Short

• We are seeking an experienced IAM Analyst with strong focus on Okta administration.
• This role will be primarily responsible for heavy Okta support.
• Additional responsibilities in CyberArk support.
• Provide exceptional customer service while fulfilling user security access requests.
• Administer and support Okta, including group management and troubleshooting authentication issues.
• Manage and maintain Active Directory groups and permissions.
• Support CyberArk administration and resolve access-related issues.
• Monitor and maintain system functionality and security standards.
• Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for incidents and requests.
• Maintain current knowledge of evolving IAM systems and security best practices.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience with IDaaS platforms, including Okta administration.
• 1+ year of experience with Active Directory, including group management.
• Strong knowledge of SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, and OIDC.
• Experience enabling and managing SSO for applications.
• Experience implementing Multi-Factor Authentication.
• Familiarity with CyberArk or similar tools.
• Understanding of protocols for authentication.
• Knowledge of Microsoft technologies such as Server and Office 365.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills.
