The Senior IAM Analyst plays a crucial role in enhancing health outcomes for 28 million members by leveraging technology, focusing on Identity and Access Management systems to improve organizational efficiency.

• Review and support Identity and Access Management systems.
• Coordinate with helpdesk for user access issues.
• Analyze business processes to improve applications.
• Participate in the IAM program development and deployment.
• Design and implement high availability IAM solutions.
• Document IAM standards and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and regulations.
• Track metrics for continuous service improvement.
• Develop technical requirements and designs for IAM.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field.
• 4-6 years of related experience.
• Experience with SailPoint IIQ and IdentityNow.
• Knowledge of IAM Cybersecurity practices.
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticket management tools.
• Basic SQL querying skills.
• Familiarity with Power BI and Alteryx.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Intermediate project management skills.
• Preferred certifications: Certified Identity Access Manager, SailPoint Associate or Engineer.
