Process Engineer - Remote

Overview

The incumbent will be involved in developing and improving manufacturing processes and engineering activities to support new product development and/or existing product enhancement.

In Short

• Develop and improve manufacturing processes.
• Support new product development and existing product enhancement.
• Provide engineering inputs on Design for Automated Assembly (DFAA).
• Lead process development activities utilizing Six-sigma Methodology.
• Conduct process FMEA documentation.
• Lead Design of Experiments (DOE).
• Prepare work instruction and training material.
• Lead process validation and compile results.
• Implement continuous improvement methodologies.
• Ensure project completion dates and process effectiveness are met.

Requirements

• Degree in relevant Engineering or Manufacturing field.
• 2 - 5 years of relevant experience in process development.
• Six-sigma Green Belt Certification preferred.
• Effective team contributor and customer-focused.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in data analytics.
• Accountability for project completion and process effectiveness.
• Compliance with ISO 9001-2008 Quality Management System.
