Communications Leader, Greater Asia - Remote

Overview

The Communications Leader for Greater Asia will oversee internal and external communications to support business objectives and enhance company reputation.

In Short

• Develop and deliver communications plans aligned with BD's goals.
• Lead internal communications for BD Associate engagement.
• Participate in strategic reviews to enhance storytelling and communication.
• Manage internal communication strategies including events and intranet.
• Support communications for BD’s Social Responsibility/ESG initiatives.
• Manage external communications in alignment with corporate strategy.
• Ensure issues preparedness and management for the region.
• Build relationships with colleagues across the enterprise.
• Stay updated on relevant regional and industry topics.
• Work closely with Public Relations and Corporate Communications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in Public Relations and Communications.
• Experience in a large Multinational Corporation preferred.
• Agency experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in English is mandatory.
