Ondo Finance is seeking a PR & Communications Lead to manage strategic communications and media relations, focusing on both Web3 and traditional finance audiences.

• Lead strategic PR campaigns and media relations.

Requirements

• 8+ years in Communications/PR, preferably in finance or crypto.
• Deep understanding of blockchain, DeFi, and financial services.
• Strong media relationships in Web3 and finance.
• Excellent writing and editing skills.
• Ability to simplify complex topics for media.
• Adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Media savvy with a sense of impactful storytelling.
• Willingness to work unusual hours if not located in the Americas.
