We are seeking our first Data Scientist to spearhead our data and analytics initiatives at Ondo Finance, focusing on building comprehensive on-chain analytics infrastructure and delivering actionable insights across our product suite.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience as a Data Scientist/Analyst.
• 1+ years in a web3/crypto company.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and R.
• Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies.
• Experience with DeFi and blockchain technologies.
• Strong data visualization skills.
• Experience with ETL processes.
• Excellent communication skills.
