Overview

As a Pricing Analyst within Stryker’s Customer Solutions team, you will help drive smarter, data-driven pricing and contracting decisions that strengthen customer partnerships and support profitable growth.

In Short

• Project the financial and commercial impact of pricing changes and customer proposals.
• Develop pricing and contracting analyses to diagnose business problems.
• Conduct competitive and market research to benchmark pricing strategies.
• Partner with teams to support contract negotiations with data-driven insights.
• Build customer-ready presentations that communicate value and recommendations.
• Create and maintain reporting on account and contract performance.
• Identify pricing optimization opportunities through analysis.
• Support pricing governance by ensuring accuracy in pricing tools.
• Translate complex data into clear business insights for stakeholders.
• Continuously improve analytic processes and tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 0+ years of work experience required.
• Preferred experience in PowerBi and Excel.
• Degree in Finance, Analytics, or related disciplines preferred.
• Experience with large datasets and pricing decisions.
