Overview

The Construction Program Manager will be responsible for developing and managing an effective construction portfolio strategy for Stryker, focusing on enhancing customer experience and optimizing costs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in construction program management.
• 6+ years delivering real estate construction projects.
• 6+ years of experience organizing high performing teams.
• 4+ years assessing operational effectiveness of contractors.
• Relevant industry licenses and certifications preferred (e.g., PMP).
