Overview

Brightspeed is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee Real Estate and Network construction programs, ensuring effective project management across multiple facilities.

In Short

• Manage real estate projects from initiation to closeout.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams.
• Ensure projects meet scope, schedule, and budget.
• Analyze project progress and make necessary adjustments.
• Develop project performance reporting tools.
• Work with Facility Managers to maintain accurate project data.
• Onboard and manage contractors.
• Ensure compliance with design and construction standards.
• Communicate project risks and outcomes to management.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• 5+ years in construction management or related field.
• Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline.
• Experience in mission-critical environments.
• Proven leadership and project management skills.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings and building codes.
• Professional certification such as PMP preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
