Overview

As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide exceptional service through phone and email support while maintaining integrity and responsiveness to customer inquiries.

• Work remotely Monday-Friday, 10:30am-7pm EST.
• Provide phone and email support for sales and healthcare inquiries.
• Handle order entry, status verification, and return processing.
