Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or High School diploma with 2+ years of customer service experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with waste management regulations is preferred.
• Experience with service contracts is a plus.
• Ability to lead account-specific projects.
• Background in chemistry or environmental studies is advantageous.
