The Director – National Programs is a national strategic leader responsible for driving change, process improvement, and operational efficiency to support rapid market share growth.

In Short

  • Design and implement architecture for roles and processes that enhance customer experience.
  • Drive change management initiatives for rapid response to commercial opportunities.
  • Identify gaps within the current structure and align expertise with business needs.
  • Develop and oversee the LAUNCH customer onboarding process.
  • Manage the National Account Program for seamless collaboration.
  • Analyze trends and data to align teams with corporate objectives.
  • Ensure alignment with customer needs and sales partners.
  • Proactively drive technical approval velocity to exceed expectations.
  • Promote a healthy culture and work environment.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% as needed.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in commercial programs or business operations.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Strong expertise in business transformation and customer success management.
  • Ability to thrive in a cross-functional environment.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong change management process understanding.
  • Ability to drive remote teams effectively.
  • Experience with business operating systems like Salesforce and MS365.
  • History of developing new organizational architecture.
