Change Management Manager - Remote

Overview

The Change Management Manager is responsible for executing Clean Earth’s Organizational Change Management (OCM) Capability, developing and implementing strategies to drive adoption and ensure successful transitions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Minimum of 7 years OCM experience.
• Formal OCM practitioner certification.
• Ability to travel – up to 25%.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Project management experience.
• Leadership qualities to influence others.
• Experience managing a team.
