Overview

The Change Manager plays a critical role within the EIT PMO, responsible for driving the successful adoption of new technologies and processes across the organization.

In Short

  • Develop and implement tailored change management strategies for IT projects.
  • Assess the change impact of new technologies on user groups.
  • Identify potential resistance and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure integration of change management activities into project plans.
  • Oversee execution of comprehensive communication plans.
  • Develop training strategies and oversee training delivery.
  • Build relationships with project sponsors and stakeholders.
  • Define and track metrics for change management effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with project managers for seamless integration.
  • Contribute to PMO change management methodologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Change Manager.
  • Understanding of change management principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to implement strategic change management plans.
  • Experience in communication and training plans.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with project management methodologies is a plus.
