Change Management Manager - Remote

Overview

The Change Management Manager is responsible for executing Clean Earth’s Organizational Change Management (OCM) Capability, developing strategies to drive adoption and ensure successful transitions for employees and stakeholders.

In Short

• Develop and implement change management strategies.
• Engage key stakeholders and manage expectations.
• Create communication plans to inform employees about changes.

• Travel requirement of up to 25%.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Minimum of 7 years OCM experience.
• Formal OCM certification (e.g., Prosci, CCMP).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Project management experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities.
• Leadership qualities to influence during change.
• Experience managing a team.
• Experience in instructional design is a plus.
