Overview

We are currently hiring for a Customer Service role within an international automotive project based in mainland Portugal.

In Short

  • Position is remote within mainland Portugal.
  • Start date is 16 April 2026.
  • Requirements include proficiency in Catalan (C1+) and English (B2+).
  • Customer-oriented profile is essential.
  • Working hours are Monday to Friday with rotational shifts from 07:00 to 19:00.
  • Weekends are off.
  • Salary is 1073€ x14 months.
  • Includes a 25€ bonus x12 and a 127.63€ meal allowance per day.
  • Health insurance is free after 6 months.
  • No relocation support is provided.

Requirements

  • Must be based in mainland Portugal.
  • EU ID / Residence Card / Manifestação de Interesse required.
  • Valid or expired Type D visa with AIMA process needed.
  • NIF is required.
