German Customer Support Representative - Remote

Overview

We are hiring German-speaking Customer Support Representatives to join our international team! This fully remote role allows you to work from anywhere in Greece while providing support to German-speaking customers.

In Short

• Support German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Help customers with questions, requests, and basic issues.
• Provide friendly, professional service and keep customers happy.
• Log interactions clearly in our systems.
• Work closely with your team when needed.
• Fluent in German (spoken & written) required.
• English level B2 or higher is necessary.
• Good communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn.
• Rotational shifts between 09:00 – 20:00.
