In Short

  • Process orders and communicate with customers via phone, chat, and email.
  • Provide real-time assistance through live chat on the website.
  • Resolve customer inquiries regarding current and future orders.
  • Collaborate with the Prepress team to ensure clarity on customer requests.
  • Assist the Production crew with order adjustments as needed.
  • Handle payments and work with Accounting for discrepancies.
  • Stay updated on promotions by communicating with the Marketing team.
  • Provide feedback to the IT team for website improvements.
  • Maintain a friendly and empathetic approach to customer interactions.
  • Work in a fully remote environment with a Monday-Friday schedule.

Requirements

  • Associates Degree or higher.
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Experience with live phone support preferred.
  • Typing speed of at least 45 wpm.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Friendly and empathetic demeanor.
  • Proactive attitude with excellent attention to detail.
