Overview

Dealer.com is looking to add a Technical Customer Care Specialist II to their call center team! This position is 100 percent remote, and can be worked from anywhere in the United States. The role involves providing exceptional service to clients and managing expectations effectively while working independently and collaboratively.

In Short

  • Work shifts determined by business needs, including some Saturdays.
  • Required to work Eastern Time hours.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a related field required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills needed.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED with relevant experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Strong client focus and adaptability.
  • Experience with CRM and troubleshooting methodologies preferred.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CMS, and data analysis.
  • Familiarity with Mac, Windows, and iOS environments.
  • Self-directed and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Pre-employment drug test required.
