Overview

The Technical Customer Care Specialist I is responsible for providing routine customer support and technical assistance for Dealertrack products, working remotely with flexible hours.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Less than 2 years of experience
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Experience with business support applications (MS Office)
  • Ability to type 40+ WPM
  • Preferred: Associate's degree or Technical Certification
  • Technical background preferred
  • Flexible to work any shift during business hours
  • Requires attention to detail
  • Must clear a pre-employment drug test
