  • Plan and facilitate customer participation in events.
  • Enhance and manage customer reference program.
  • Grow Kaseya’s presence on customer review platforms.
  • Own and scale Kaseya’s customer referral program.
  • Plan and execute customer recognition initiatives.
  • Work seamlessly with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in customer advocacy or related roles.
  • B2B marketing experience is required.
  • Demonstrated ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-starter who can manage multiple projects.
  • Ability to think strategically about customer advocacy.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for engaging with customers.
  • Ability to travel approximately 10-15% as needed.
  • Proficiency with CRM and marketing tools.
  • Experience in fast-growing SaaS or technology companies preferred.
