• Lead financial reporting and corporate accounting initiatives.
• Ensure accurate, compliant, and timely financial reporting.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support business growth.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Monitor evolving accounting standards.
• Serve as the technical accounting expert for complex transactions.
• Draft and maintain technical accounting memos and policies.
• Support internal and external audits and ensure SOX compliance.
• Lead and develop a high-performing technical accounting team.
• Drive improvements across reporting, systems, and internal controls.

Requirements

• Strong U.S. GAAP and technical accounting expertise.
• Experience leading financial reporting processes.
• Background supporting audits and SOX environments.
• Experience partnering cross-functionally with finance teams.
• Proven leadership experience and ability to scale processes.
• Experience in SaaS or high-growth environments preferred.
