In Short

• Serve as the accounting lead on complex and emerging business initiatives.
• Monitor, interpret, and apply new accounting guidance.
• Support M&A transactions including accounting due diligence.
• Serve as a primary liaison with external auditors.
• Assist in the development of Company-wide accounting policies.
• Lead or support cross-functional strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with an active CPA and 10+ years of experience.
• Experience in broker-dealer, fintech, or high-growth tech environments preferred.
• Deep understanding of U.S. GAAP.
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Strategic, solutions-oriented thinker with strong communication skills.
