The Manager, Business Systems Analysis will lead a team of analysts and developers in a fully remote environment, focusing on delivering custom solutions for Fidelity Clearing Canada’s clients.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Business Systems Analysis.
• 3+ years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Experience in wealth management, banking, or capital markets.
• Knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Proficient in Atlassian tools like JIRA and Confluence.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage complex tasks and teams.
• University degree or equivalent experience.
• PMP designation is a plus.
