Contract Manager - Remote

Overview

The Contract Manager will provide high-quality commercial contract support to Sandisk’s Procurement Organization, including negotiation and administration of commercial agreements.

In Short

• Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize various commercial contracts.
• Advise on risks associated with transactions and ensure compliance with company policies.

• 5+ years of relevant transactional experience required.
• Experience in managing and negotiating commercial contracts is essential.
• Strong understanding of commercial and legal contract terms.
• Preferred experience in technology companies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 is preferred.
• Self-starter with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant transactional experience in an in-house legal department.
• Significant experience managing and negotiating commercial contracts.
• Strong understanding of commercial and legal contract terms.
• JD preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 preferred.
