Requirements

• Minimum five years of experience in change management.
• Strong knowledge of change management principles.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience with SAP projects is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to assess the impact of changes on business processes.
• Experience in creating change management plans.
