Overview

We’re looking for a talented Senior Front End Engineer to join our Invest team at Airbnb. This is a remote-friendly position for the right candidate. You’ll play a key role in shaping the technical direction of a rapidly evolving business function, working on a greenfield architecture with significant business impact.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 10+ years of professional programming experience.
• Minimum 2 years focused on front-end development using JavaScript/TypeScript and React.
• Experience with core tech stack: Java/Kotlin/Spring/PostgreSQL/React.
• Strong proficiency in semantic HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Deep familiarity with responsive design and mobile-web best practices.
• Experience working in collaborative, agile teams.
• A hands-on attitude with the willingness to deliver results.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ownership in driving projects from conception to completion.
