Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support a provincial committee in establishing nurse ratio standards in Manitoba, collaborating closely with unions, employer organizations, and government departments.

Requirements

• Graduate degree in Public Administration, Social Science, Nursing, or Health Sciences.
• Valid Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• 7+ years managing health workforce transformation projects.
• 10+ years leading health care initiatives involving workforce planning.
• 5+ years working with diverse health sector stakeholders.
• 5+ years conducting policy research and preparing reports.
• 2+ years providing project management support for nursing workforce initiatives.
• 2+ years experience with provincial health system initiatives.
