Overview

cFocus Software seeks a Microsoft Knowledge Management Specialist to join our program supporting Administrative Office of the United States Courts (AOUSC). This position is remote and requires the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

In Short

• Design and develop automated workflows using Power Automate.
• Create custom Power Apps solutions for business needs.
• Integrate Microsoft automation solutions with other applications.
• Configure and maintain SharePoint Online sites.
• Manage SharePoint Online lists, libraries, and metadata.
• Monitor SharePoint Online usage and performance.
• Develop content management strategies within SharePoint Online.
• Provide ongoing support and assistance to users.
• Support governance policies and compliance measures.
• Monitor industry trends and Microsoft updates.

Requirements

• Masters or Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10 years of experience using Microsoft 365 suite.
• 10 years of experience configuring and administering SharePoint Online.
• 10 years of experience troubleshooting technical issues.
• 5 years of experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx) and Microsoft Graph API.
• 5 years of experience in data management concepts.
• Microsoft SharePoint certification and PowerAutomate certification.
• 5 years of experience querying SharePoint Online analytics.
