Overview

As an Account Manager at i3D.net, you will manage day-to-day customer relationships, ensuring clients receive maximum value from our infrastructure solutions and identifying upsell opportunities.

  • Manage customer accounts for satisfaction, retention, and growth.
  • Drive renewals and upsells through collaboration with sales engineers.
  • Identify and develop new opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Handle day-to-day customer requests and inquiries.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for effective execution.
  • Maintain records in HubSpot and track account metrics.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in B2B account management or commercial roles.
  • Ability to identify evolving customer needs and opportunities.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Proficient in using HubSpot or similar CRMs.
  • Comfortable communicating with technical teams.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch, French, German, or Spanish is a plus.
