Overview

As the Events Strategy Lead, your role is instrumental in connecting the stories of our community & ecosystem with our global events strategy.

In Short

• Act as an industry expert, staying informed about key voices, trending topics, and relevant events in the industry
• Develop an engaging event programming strategy by leveraging deep industry knowledge, Web3 culture insights, community passion, and tech expertise
• Lead the speaker management life-cycle for virtual and in-person events
• Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to craft impactful events
• Support managing small to large-scale event marketing initiatives
• Develop event content strategy aligned with company goals
• Manage internal staff attendance at events
• Own the programming and speaker outreach for all external events
• Stay up to date with industry trends and top voices in Web3

Requirements

• A knack for crafting stories and presentations
• Events experience, working with speakers on conferences or external-facing events
• Deep understanding of Web3 and industry topics
• A knack for organization and clear visibility into your work
• A creative mind who likes bringing new ideas to projects
• A love of bringing people together and working collaboratively
