As an Institutional Marketing Manager at Polygon Labs, you will lead the marketing strategy for Payments and Real World Asset initiatives, shaping the voice of the product suite and collaborating across teams.

• Lead the marketing strategy for Payments and RWA products.
• Ensure product narratives are technically accurate and brand consistent.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product marketing in web3 or blockchain.
• Ability to translate technical features into strategic narratives.
• Strong understanding of Payments and RWA landscape.
• Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
