Overview

As Treasury Manager at Polygon Labs, you’ll take ownership of short- and long-term cash management across both fiat and digital assets, ensuring treasury operations are robust, secure, and efficient.

In Short

• Manage day-to-day crypto and fiat cash flow across global entities.
• Own the creation and implementation of treasury management strategy.
• Execute fiat and crypto payments, including multi-currency transactions.
• Maintain weekly treasury balance updates in NetSuite ERP.
• Perform due diligence on fund movements and investments.
• Model short- and long-term cash forecasts.
• Handle multi-signature wallet configuration.
• Liaise with financial institutions and crypto custodians.
• Support cross-functional teams with cash flow optimization.

Requirements

• 3+ years of crypto-focused treasury management experience.
• Advanced knowledge of blockchain-based finance and crypto assets.
• Direct experience executing transactions across fiat and crypto platforms.
• Proficiency in NetSuite ERP for treasury workflows.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
• Strong communication skills.
