In Short

• Design and lead the treasury function for the company.
• Manage structured financing operations and cash/liquidity management.
• Oversee daily execution across multiple credit facilities.
• Develop cash forecasting models for revenue-based financing.
• Implement scalable treasury systems and controls.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on capital strategy.
• Support audits and investor due diligence.
• Act as a strategic advisor to the CFO.
• Ensure compliance with facility-level requirements.
• Build processes and relationships for treasury operations.

Requirements

• 4+ years of treasury or structured finance experience.
• Strong understanding of warehouse facilities and securitizations.
• Experience with high-velocity receivables management.
• Proficiency in financial data flows and operational data.
• Advanced Excel and modeling skills; SQL a plus.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• MBA, CFA, or CTP preferred.
