The Manager of Institutional Giving at DREAM will manage a $7M grants portfolio, focusing on grant writing, portfolio management, and fostering partnerships with funders, contributing to the organization's expansion goals.

• Manage a $7M institutional grants portfolio.
• Develop and submit at least 20 grant proposals and reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years grant writing experience.
• Knowledge of Salesforce preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
