In Short

  • Welcome employees, visitors, and vendors with a warm smile, ensuring they feel the magic from the moment they step in
  • Provide assistance to office and operations teams by contributing to ongoing in-house initiatives
  • Help with the office organization, administration, and logistics
  • Maintaining the office condition and arranging necessary repairs
  • Address employee queries regarding workspace management issues
  • Manage office inventory, ordering and stocking of office supplies
  • Facility and meeting room logistical ownership
  • Provide administrative assistance and tackle special projects for other departments whenever needed
  • Keep the office safe by following security guidelines

Requirements

  • A service-oriented mindset and an unstoppable can-do spirit that leaves everyone smiling
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a knack for learning new tools
  • A sharp eye for detail, excellent prioritization skills, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks seamlessly
  • High level of English
  • Availability to work onsite in Tel Aviv, Sunday–Thursday, from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
