As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Dream, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce by identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent that aligns with our company values.

In Short

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
  • Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Conduct in-depth behavioral interviews to find the right match between Dream's DNA and the candidate's strengths and career desires.
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the roles.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, ensuring timely feedback and communication with candidates.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment metrics.
  • Provide insights and recommendations on talent market trends and competitive analysis.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a talent acquisition role, hiring for technical roles.
  • Creative mindset and boundary-breaking approach.
  • Proven track record of successfully filling positions across various levels and functions.
  • Strong understanding of ATS systems and recruitment software - preferably Recruit (Comeet).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and hiring teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels, while proactively initiating new ideas and processes to attract new talents.
