Overview

The Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for attracting and recruiting top talent, focusing on mid to senior level roles and managing candidates through the entire recruitment lifecycle.

  • 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Requirements

  • Experience recruiting for mid to senior level roles in the software industry.
  • Experience leveraging systems and data in the recruiting process.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with pre-employment assessments (preferred).
  • Experience leveraging AI in recruiting (preferred).
