Director of Institutional Giving - Remote

Overview

The Director of Institutional Giving will lead efforts to manage, cultivate, and grow relationships with funding partners to support Merit America's mission of creating pathways to family-sustaining careers.

Requirements

• 10+ years of institutional fundraising experience.
• Strong analytical and data-driven skills.
• Exceptional relationship management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in a startup or rapidly scaling environment.
• Ability to collaborate across teams effectively.
• Commitment to the mission and values of Merit America.
• Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
• Familiarity with workforce development sector is a plus.
• Comfort working with AI tools is a plus.
