The Director of Institutional Development at KIND is responsible for expanding revenue generation from institutional prospects, managing donor relationships, and ensuring compliance with grant requirements.

  • Supervises and mentors a small team.
  • Utilizes Salesforce for documenting activities.
  • Ability to travel approximately 15% as needed.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree required.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in institutional fundraising.
  • Proven track record of securing $5M+ annually.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Experience supervising and mentoring staff.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
