Managing Attorney - Remote

Overview

The Managing Attorney will oversee the delivery of legal services to children and families affected by family separation and other legal issues, providing direct representation and mentoring while managing staff and program initiatives.

Requirements

• J.D. and admitted to state bar.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• 6 years of experience in immigration law.
• 4 years working with children, preferably immigrant children.
• 3 years supervising attorneys and staff.
• 2 years in program management.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities.
• Experience in a remote environment preferred.
